God supplies each person in the church with the resources for ministry—scripture, spiritual power, God’s character, and spiritual gifts. A Pathfinder director is equipped for his or her ministry by the gifts received from the Holy Spirit. These spiritual gifts are special abilities given by the Holy Spirit to make your ministry effective and build up the body of Christ.
There are various elements that make up the Pathfinder Club program. The main ones are as follows: (1) plan programs designed to provide varied and interesting opportunities for children—the goal is to lead each child to a relationship with Jesus; (2) teaching outdoor skills; (3) helping the your people develop spiritual values; teaching them to serve in ways which could be beneficial in saving lives in their communities. (4) listen to parents and children; (5) promote the club in all departments.
