Atlanta Belvedere Seventh-day Adventist Church’s women held a unique, women-led evangelistic campaign entitled “Finding Hope Beyond Crisis”. The campaign took place from May 22 to June 12, 2010. Meetings were held twice on Sabbath, in the morning and evening, and on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Every Sunday during the campaign, there were special activities, which included a yard sale, a car clinic and a mini-carnival. Loretta Scarlett, Belvedere's health ministries leader, was the coordinator of the crusade. Scarlett was ably assisted by a team of assistant coordinators, Bible workers and volunteer staff.

Before the crusade started, Bible workers were deployed to the surrounding community to garner support for the meetings. Valerie Robinson, the crusade's outreach and visitation coordinator, led the tract distribution effort. Each Sabbath prior to the crusade, a team of Belvedere Church members and Bible workers, went out and blanketed the area with tracts about the meetings.

The featured speakers included Delray Smith, Carol Jones, Karen Massay, Avaleen Morris, Olnessa Cort, Stacy-Ann Brooks, Shayla Shorter, Shawn Allen-Forrest, Ph.D., Renee Dandy, Stephanie Knight, Jennifer Stewart, Loretta Scarlett and Laurice Williams. Shorter and Knight are members at the Decatur Seventh-day Adventist Church in Decatur, Georgia. Knight is the wife of the senior pastor, Dr. C. Wesley Knight.

With the assistance of Tony Douce, Belvedere's audio/visual leader, the services were streamed live for those who were not able to attend the crusade. All services have been archived. Leslyn Williams, Joyce Haynes and their dedicated kitchen crew provided exemplary food service throughout the crusade.

The dynamic singing group E.P.I.C. from West End Seventh–day Adventist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, helped generate an atmosphere of praise, worship and adoration to God, during every meeting.

Attendees found the messages to be deeply personal and spiritual. Sermon topics included “When It’s All Your Fault”, “The Power of Memory”, “Fourteen Minutes” and “An Oasis in the Desert”. Each night, and especially on Sabbaths, several individuals would answer the altar call, by walking to the front of the church for special prayer. The impact generated by the crusade led to several baptisms during Mark Finley's “Searching For Hope” crusade, that started on Wednesday, June 16, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Finley's crusade was the culmination of the Good News Atlanta collaboration between the Georgia–Cumberland and South Atlantic conferences in preparation for the 59th General Conference Session of Seventh-day Adventists, in Atlanta from June 23 to July 3, 2010.
